The Hyatt Regency, Balboa Bay Resort, Pelican Hill, Marriott’s Newport Coast Villas are all nearby. Beachview Realty specializes in Balboa Island rentals as well. Cafe’s and restaurants are a 10 minute walk to Balboa Island’s charming downtown Main Street.
